 About the brand: Kendaka is the creative home of women artisans specializing in upcycling plastic, glass, and textiles. 

It is a story of women creating an inclusive community for women in Badr City in Cairo, Egypt. We empower local women by giving them flexible work opportunities and allowing them to build a unique, safe, and collaborative workspace. The artisans co-develop, co-design, and co-manage the organization.

Kendaka is an environmentally conscious brand driven by social impact and a belief in the power of local communities to deliver positive change.
